My order was wrong after I repeated it three times and was cut off while speaking by the cashier 2 times. It was highly unpleasant and the lines were long, so it was not worth asking the cashier if she could fix her blasted mistake.

Food is normally wrong and cold. Won't be returning.

Food was good and fresh...just a strange place, shared with a Colonel Sanders Fried Chicken!

Terrible service, long wait, and the staff acted like they really didn’t care if I ever came back. They don’t have to worry cause I never will again.

They are out of things very often! Can't get an order correct if it is more than a couple of things!

The nachos not only looked good but they were delicious and was a good size portion for my lunch.

😑😑😑 I was so happy they opened back up only to be disappointed. There was NO beef, tomatoes or beans on the Nacho Bell Grande. My chicken quesadilla had 2 whole pieces with NO chicken or cheese just cooked tortilla. The DLT had mostly lettuce & cheese... like they're trying to save money on the meat or something. My husband ordered steak & got beef instead. I will be calling the manager in the morning!

Missing a piece of my quesadilla I guess someone got hungry while I was waiting...not cool.

Your standard Taco Bell. Like most Taco Bell's what set each and every one of them apart, is there service and cleanliness of each location. This location was very friendly and on the top of deck of clean counter tops and tables.Will you not be disappointed in stopping at this location.

My chalupa was hard as a rock and cold the drive thru takes forever, orders is wrong every time.

We ate at the KFC that shares space with Taco Bell. The $5 meal deal is a deal and good food. The reason I took off one star is because they messed up on one of the meals. Someone obviously wasn't paying attention and what should have been cole slaw wasn't. My fiance doesn't like the potatoes and asked for a sub. It was plainly there on the ticket. He called and they said they would give him a cole slaw and a drink on our next visit.

We got beefy mini quesadillas tonight and half of them had NO meat. None. This isn't the first time. What we order often has the wrong stuff on them, they regularly don't have mild sauce or some other item. It's horrible. I have pictures, but I don't have an option to post them.

The cheesy crunch..I only got twice! Then it was gone?

The customer service was great!! I guess I'm not a taco person. My daughter loved it. She will come again.

Yet again tacobell manages to screw up my order. This was supposed to be a Crunchwrap Supreme but instead it's just a wrap with beef a hard taco shell with sour cream. I don't understand why everytime I go to this location in order gets messed up or the wait time is ridiculous. Cooks job isn't hard. STEP IT UP YALL! I love tacobell's food but our local location sucks. ☹

Used drive thru. After paying with cash , the worker handed me the change and bills yet then stuck out the drink. No time to even set down money, after getting drink again stuck out food with no time..really the biggest negative was NO NAPKINS!!! I mean not even one. How rude when on lunch break with no time to stop and come in..hence drive thru ..Travelers Rest site. First and last time going to that one and drive by 5 days a week.

Great management and super clean store! Fast and friendly service

I don't generally have a problem with fast food service being less than friendly because its lots of pressure with low wages and whatnot but the girl that runs the drivethru here has some serious issues with social interaction. Every single time (which used to be quite frequent but won't be while she is there) she acts as though I have personally wronged her in some way and it's painful for her to deal with me. I leave wondering what I've done to rate such hostility and I just don't want that kind of disdain served with my dinner. Please find someone who is capable of smiling or saying thanks once or twice a day to divvy out your orders. I personally know at least a dozen others who would agree and appreciate your efforts.

Got the hardest tacos ever! The shell of the chalupa was hard as a rock. The trash bin was overflowing and alot of beverages were out and sweet tea was very vague and unsweet

Hard taco was stale and tasted nasty. Very disappointing considering I love Taco Bell! Crunch wrap supreme did not have requested and paid for extra beef. Quesadilla was perfect. They were not busy, we were the only ones in there. I'm not sure what the issue was. Hopefully this was just an off moment for them.

Drive through line took very long, 20 minutes and it wasn't very busy. The lady at the window was rude when ordering, and slightly better once we were at the window. The crunchwrap supreme was a stale tortilla with a little bit of meat. The burrito supreme was cold...

More like taco hell

I just went through the drive thru and ordered my food and when I got to the window I paid and when I was given my order I checked it, at the window, because everywhere I have been recently has somehow messed up my order, I noticed that I was missing a crunchwrap supreme so I told the worker and they processed to argue that I had it in my bag I ordered 2 of them and only had 1. They did make the other one but was rude and reluctant to do so I strongly recommend eating elsewhere if being treated with respect matters to you.

I used to like this place a lot more than I do now. They act like customers are an imposition and get the order wrong almost 100% of the time now. Not sure what has changed in the last year but it was not a change for the better.

They NEVER give sauce when you ask for it and hardly ever fix the things you order the way they are supposed to be...it's not that hard to do

Ordered to go simple orders waited 45 min while I watched everyone else get their food I usually don't do reviews but this is nonsense

Food was good and hot, but the guy at the front taking orders was not too happy to be there...Word of advise: You work with the public, smile and TRY to be nice. His name tag showed he was a shift supervisor too... Oh and they were out of sour cream, sweet tea, and mountain dew

Meat on the taco doesn't even cover part of the tortilla

I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru on Sunday night. My son has been sick and he wanted some chicken fingers. Do not come here on a Sunday night after church gets out. The inside was packed and the drive thru was backed way up. My food wasn't even warm. I was dissapointed because my son was unhappy but I tried to warn him and now he knows. No KFC on Sunday night after church gets out! I guess they are too busy taking care of the buffet ( trough) to handle the drive thru.

WORST TACO BELL/KFC EVER!

In the words of Charles Barkley..."Turrible!!!" Our order was half right with hardly any meat and this is not the first time this has happened!!

For a newly remodeled place it wasnt a great experience. Soda machine was not working. Our food was lukewarm at best. If it wasnt for the young lady (kilana) being so nice and friendly at the counter this experience would have been a no star rating.

This spot is awesome! Reasonable prices, big dishes and the staff are constantly very welcoming.

We have never had a good experience coming here. We try it every few months hoping this time around it will be better. It doesn't matter what day, if it's dinner time, don't go. They have never gotten a single order correct. I refuse to go through the drive thru because they will have to fix your order. In the one hour I ate there with my family they had to fix 7 orders and do 3 refunds. The food isn't awful but it's never great. Go somewhere else.

Always takes forever to get your food. Not really clean. It's a taco bell. Do you expect a 5 star restaurant?
